Medical Conditions:
1. Provide a medical report stamped and signed by a medical practitioner.
2. Provide an ECG before the start of the race with a maximum of 30 days or
minimum of one day before the race. Stamped and signed with the date.

Violations:
1. Any participant will be excluded if he didn’t provide the medical report & ECG at the moment of inspection
2. Any participant will be excluded if he didn’t bring any of the required mandatory material.
3. 2 hours penalty for anyone who receives assistance from outside the race, such as food or drink.
4. 1-hour penalty for anyone who throws trash on the race track.
5. Exclusion for those who did not complete the distance between the stations according to the specified time, which will be determined for the contestants in the pre-race meeting.
6. Exclude any participant receiving transport assistance by any means.
7. Any participant who lost track & cannot return to contact us and stay in place until we reach him.

Rules and Regulations
- Accommodation in tent will be for 2 or 3 person
- Please make sure to bring your ID for the age categories winners
- Foreign participants and companions please make sure to bring the residence card
- There will be water stations on the route
- All runners must attach his/her number with pins given on T-shirt in front
- The change-over for 84 Km relay team will be at 31 Km point 1st day & 11 Km point 2nd
day
- Runners must hand over the "wrist band" within the defined area
- First aid and ambulance are available along the route and the finish line
- The participant who is unable to finish the race, please wait for the special car to take
him to the finish line and take out his race number
- 84 Km individual, Relay & 22 Km runners should be 18 years and above
- 10 Km runners should be 13 years and above
- The Organizing Committee may cancel or postpone the race according to the security
necessity or weather conditions.
- Organizers reserve the right to change the race sche
