This edition marks 25 years since John Gregory, led a total of 80 hardy souls running in relay teams from RAK adjacent the Arabian Gulf through the dramatic Wadi Bih before climbing to over 1000m and descending to Dibba via a dramatic narrow gorge to the stunning trajectory of the mountains with the Gulf of Oman. The high mountains and rugged wild terrain give the event a unique flavour and make it one of the most popular sporting events in the region. Team 50 & 72km and Solo 30 / 50 & 72km.
