Here is your chance to join part of the "7 Days 7 Emirates” cycling series, from 6-12 January 2024!

A core team of cyclists composed of inﬂuential business leaders, entrepreneurs, and trailblazers, will be cycling through all seven of the United Arab Emirates in just seven days, to spread the message of unity, diversity, tolerance and sustainability. Now is your chance to join parts of the tour with them!

Members of the public are welcome to join FIVE (5) specific sections of this 7 series social, no-drop ride (average speeds of 25-30kph), to include people of determination, students, individuals, cycling clubs and enthusiasts. The Tour will be stopping at many schools, universities and other institutions on this journey, and why some cycling sections of the tour are restricted.

All public portions of the series will provide registered cyclists with transportation back to the days start point car park.

*Participants that join the ride must be able to complete 50-100km of road cycling, at an average speed of 25-30kph), due to road closure timings. Cycling breaks are built into the longer rides in the series.

Please be at the start point for your leg at least 30 minutes prior to leg start.

Leg 1: Fujairah to Dibba - 07:00 – 56km
Leg 2: RAK to UAQ - 12:30 - 52km
Leg 3: Sharjah to Dubai Desert location - 13:00 - 83km
Leg 4: Al Qudra night cycle - 19:30 - 47km
Leg 5: Abu Dhabi Hudayriat Island - 11:00 - 30km
Where do I go for the event?

Exact timings, GPS locations/maps for parking and start points, will be emailed to all registered riders one week before the event.
Race Pack / Number collection details?

Registered riders will be emailed all details and for each of the legs they have signed up for to include all parking areas, start points, registration/check-in show-up times and transportation details one-week prior to the event start.
Where do I collect my t-shirt

Finisher t-shirts will be handed out at the end of each ride series.
How do I get back to my car at the end of each cycle leg?

Transportation for all registered riders will be provided back to the start point parking lots.
Can anyone register for this event?

Anyone is eligible to join this ride as long as they are able to cycle 50-100km distances at an average pace on 25-30kph. We ask riders to be honest in the assessment of their cycle fitness as the series has to meet specific timings because of local police coordination for rolling road closures and road blockages for the events. On the longer rides, there are schedule breaks and this is a social, no drop ride.

Can I sign up for more than one of the public legs of the series?

There are 5 cycling legs of the series that are open to the public and anyone can sign up for any or all of the public legs of the series. Join us for one or all! It’s all for a good cause!
Can I participate in any of the other stops or events on the Series tour?

There are certain events which will be open to the public on the tour. The DED RAK event is open to the public (limited spaces) and if you would like to cheer on our riders at Kite Beach who will be riding with Children of Determination, we welcome all members of the public to join and cheer the kids on! What do I need to bring for the Night Cycle series in Al Qudra?

Please note that all riders participating in the Night Cycle series in Al Qudra will need to have a front and rear light on the bicycles. Riders without lights on their bicycles will not be allowed to participate in the series.
Is there mechanical support for cyclists?

There will be mechanics on hand to assist should cyclists run into issues, however cyclists should bring spare tubes and parts in the eventuality of punctures, as tubes and other spare parts will not be provided by the mechanical support teams.
Do I need to bring my own nutrition?

Cyclists are encouraged to bring their own nutrition, as they would for any long ride. There will be some refreshments and water provided during the cycling breaks.
Where can I find the cycling routes for each of the series?

The cycling route maps can be found in the ‘Routes’ tab. Full route maps will be sent to registered riders one week before the event.
