Welcome to the 8th Edition of Al Salam Tournament! We are delighted to host everyone again in this unrivaled Cycling Championship under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The last race of the season will be the Elite Women race. As always the race will take place in Seih Al Salam (Al Qudra). The race will be open to UAE Professional Women, UAE Amateur Women, UAE Resident (Expat) Women & GCC Professional Women. This year we will offer 2 different distances. For the UAE Amateur Women there will be a 109km course and for the UAE Professional Women, GCC Professional Women and Expat Women there will be a 136km course.Details of the exact course will be published via social media (Instagram) at a later stage! We look forward to seeing you all at the finish line! 

• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  The venue is open from 10:00am. We advise all participants to arrive in time to familiarize themselves with the course, collect their race packs and attend the race brief.

• What are the start time(s) of the event?

  The race starts at 13:00h

• Where do I go for the event?

  The race will take place in Al Qudra Desert. the exact details of the start venue will be shared via social media (Instagram) soon.

• What are my options for parking?

  Parking space is available at the race venue.

• Race Pack / Number collection details?

  Race pack collection starts at 10:30am at the race venue.

• Are there bag drop facilities?

  No, but you can park your vehicles at the race venue and you can keep all your belongings in your vehicle.

• Will there be support stations? If yes, how many, where, providing what support?

  Yes, there will be water and aid stations along the course

• What estimated time will the event finish?

  We expect the first participants to arrive around 16:00h. Venue remains open till 20:00h

• Where can I find the results to the event?

  Results will be published exclusively by the Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashed al Maktoum after the race.
