Kick-off with an all out 5 min swim before making your way onto your self powered treadmill for 15min Finally diving back into the pool for a final 10min for swimming.

- 6 podium finishers for the adult category (3 male & 3 female)
- 6 for the kids (3 male + 3 Female) (under 16)

• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  Participants should arrive by 6am and make their way towards registration by the pool deck.

• What are the start time(s) of the event?

  Heat 1 will start at 6:45am - with the final heat expected to start at 8:45am
