The #AdventureHQVirtualRun is a run for all ages and abilities making use of the indoor and outdoor space in and around your community / home.
Our challenge to you is to design and create an adventurous course so you can complete your respective distance on the day. Over AED1000 worth of vouchers to be won so all you need to do is enter online and tag us on Instagram with a photo of your result. “Life is an Adventure!”

• Run Day Program:

  Start / Finish: All Day
  There is no official set start time so you have the whole day to complete any of the distances on offer.

• Event Venues & Run Courses:

  Design and construct your own fun and adventurous course in and around your community / home / garden / balcony.

• Run Results:

  Upload a photo / screenshot of your result to your Instagram page and tag us in on #AdventureHQVirtualRun. Make sure that your account setting is public so that we can see your participation entry.
  If you do not have an Instagram page, email a photo / screenshot of your result to [email protected] and we will upload your result for you.

• Run Photos:

  Upload your photos to your Instagram page and tag us in on #AdventureHQVirtualRun.
  If you do not have an Instagram page, email your photos to [email protected] and we will upload them for you.

• End of Run Procedure:

  When crossing the finish line, please keep moving through to the end of the finish schute where you will need to take photos or screenshots of your distance just run. Upload it to your Instagram page and use the hashtag #AdventureHQVirtualRun asap.
  
  Grab yourself a refreshing drink and snack from the kitchen.
  
  The Lucky Draw and Prize Winners will be announced the following day at 2pm!

• Rules & Regulations:

  Respective distance has to be completed on the run day.
  You must have recorded your run on a GPS tracker (free apps are available to record this for you if you don’t have a tracker) and upload a screenshot of the date, distance ran and time you ran the distance in to your Instagram page and use the hashtag #AdventureHQVirtualRun or send a screenshot of your results to [email protected] where they will be uploaded on your behalf.
  Treadmills are allowed
  Cut off time to upload and tag #AdventureHQVirtualRun is at midnight on run day.

• Lucky Draw / Competition:

  Win some amazing prizes valued at over AED1000 for Best Designed Course and Lucky Draw!
  
  Show us a video of the course, explain it or draw it and upload it to your Instagram page and use the hashtag #AdventureHQVirtualRun
  
  Only participants who registered through the official online entry portal will be included in this Lucky Draw.

• No Instagram account?

  If you do not have an Instagram account you can still take part, simply send a screenshot of your results to [email protected] where they will be uploaded on your behalf.
