Each participant has informed themselves of the medical contraindications that may affect their participation in the Al Marmoom Dune Run 5KM and 10KM races, absolves the run organizers (including medical and technical staff) of any responsibility for medical problems or injuries that they may incur during the event. By signing the run rules and waiver, each participant confirms that they are aware of this. The organizers reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors. Participants must have read and understood the rules and regulations regarding participation in the Al Marmoom Dune Run 2024.
By signing the race rules and waiver, each participant confirms that they are aware of this and agrees explicitly not to hold the organizer liable nor to claim compensation
