For the 1 Mile fun run, top performers in each age group category for both girls and boys will receive gifts and vouchers.

Race numbers will be assigned after the entry deadline and can be downloaded starting at noon on the Thursday preceding the race.

Race number and timing chip collection will take place on the morning of the race, starting at 06:00. Prior to the event, you will receive your race number via email, and it will also be displayed at the Race Check-In area on the morning of the race.
Once you have obtained your race number, proceed directly to the appropriate Bib collection desk to pick up your Bib number with the timing chip attached. It's important to verify that all the information printed on the label of your race pack envelope is accurate, including your name, age category, gender, and race distance. In the event of any discrepancies, please inform our registration staff so that we can make the necessary corrections to ensure you receive the correct results upon completing the race.
Please note that you must complete the check-in process and receive your timing chip at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of your race.

When picking up your race pack, you will be required to provide your full name, gender, and age. This is essential to verify that you are receiving the right race pack and that you are placed in the correct age category and gender division. Kindly cooperate with our staff during this data check to help ensure accurate race results are recorded for all participants.

Please ensure you complete the check-in process at least 20 minutes before the race begins. There will be no registration available on the day of the event.

Age groups are determined based on your age on the race day and include separate categories for both males and females. The age groups for each race distance are as follows:

Half Marathon:
Male and Female: 18 – 29 years, 30 – 39 years, 40 – 49 years, 50 years and above

5km:
Male and Female: 0 – 12 years, 13 – 18 years, 19 – 29 years, 30 – 39 years, 40 – 49 years, 50 years and above

1 Mile (1.6km):
Male and Female: 0 – 5 years, 6 – 8 years, 9 – 10 years, 11 – 13 years, 14 – 16 years

Ensure that you wear your bib on your upper body with the number facing outwards during the race.
After completing the race, we encourage you to retain the bib as a memento.
You will find safety pins included in your Race Pack, or you can opt to bring your own race belt.

The timing chips are affixed to the back of your race bib. It's important to verify that your bib has one timing chip attached to the back. If it doesn't, please seek assistance from Super Sports staff on the day to obtain a new bib.
Please do not remove the chip from the bib. Running without a bib will result in no recorded time and no official race result.

There will be water stations approximately every 2.5 kilometers along the course, and additional refreshments will be available at the finish line.

To access photos, visit your results page and click on the CAMERA icon. You can perform a bib or selfie search to locate your images. Please note that photos will be accessible 24 hours after the race concludes. It's important to mention that individual photos are not included in the race fee and are not guaranteed.
