Join us every Saturday at 6.50 AM Sharp for our Run & Recover experience, combining fitness and relaxation in a unique wellness journey.

Start your morning with 10 mins warm up at 6.50am on the terrace-7am Run start - Meeting point: Banya Forrest.

 *Post-Run Steam and plunge *
8am After the run, enjoy a complimentary1hr from 8am to 9am Banya session to aid recovery:- Rejuvenate in the steam room. - Refresh with a cold plunge pool. -additional goodies such as coconut waters, electrolytes (Humantra) provided by us. Embrace the perfect start to your weekend with movement, connection, and relaxation. All fitness levels are welcome!
