Our beach workouts are designed for all fitness levels and exercise abilities, with the only requirement that you don’t mind getting a bit warm, a bit sandy and a bit wet!
The type of equipment used during the workout will include kettlebells, medicine balls and other types of functional gear, with weights suitable for everyone. There will also be plenty of bodyweight exercises with scaling options for the slightly more difficult ones.
There will be some water-based exercises, including the option to swim. However, if you can’t/don’t want to swim, then the instructor will have an alternative shallow-water based exercise.
Remember to bring 1-2 litres of water, ideally with electrolytes, plus bring a towel and spare clothes if you want to shower and go for a coffee/food afterwards.
Lastly, if you do want to swim then remember to bring swimming goggles, plus everyone should wear clothes that are water-suitable, as even non-swimmers will be in and out of the sea!
