The Bliss Virtual Run is a run for all ages and abilities making use of the indoor and outdoor space in and around your home and community.
Entry is FREE to all participants and all you need to do is complete the respective distance you entered, take a screenshot or photo and upload it to your Instagram page and tag us in with your run data, photos and videos at #BlissVirtualRun to win valuable product hampers.

• Run Day Program:

  Start / Finish: All Weekend on 24 & 25 July
  There is no official set start time so you have the whole weekend to complete any of the distances on offer.
  Cut off time to upload and tag #BlissVirtualRun is at midnight on Saturday, 25 July.

• Event Venues & Run Courses:

  Design and construct your own fun and adventurous course in and around your community / home / garden / balcony.

• How to take part:

  Entry is free to all participants and all you need to do is register online, complete the respective distance you entered, take a screen shot or photo and upload it to your Instagram page and tag us in with your run data, photos and videos at #BlissVirtualRun to win product hampers. Cut off time to upload and tag #BlissVirtualRun is at midnight on Saturday, 25 July.

• End of Run Procedure:

  When finishing your respective distance, remember to take photos or screenshots of your distance just run. Upload it to your Instagram page and use the hashtag #BlissVirtualRun asap. Make sure that your account setting is public so that we can see your participation entry.
  Grab yourself a refreshing drink and snack from the kitchen.
  The Lucky Draw Winners will be announced on Monday at 9am!

• How to submit / upload my Run results & photos:

  Upload a photo / screenshot of your result & upload your photos to your Instagram page and tag us in on #BlissVirtualRun. Make sure that your account setting is public so that we can see your participation entry.
  As this is a FUN RUN, no official results, rankings or medals will be available.
  Cut off time to upload and tag #BlissVirtualRun is at midnight on Saturday, 25 July.
  The Lucky Draw Winners will be announced on Monday at 9am!

• Rules & Regulations:

  Respective distance has to be completed on the run dates – 24 & 25 July.
  You must have recorded your run on a GPS tracker (free apps are available to record this for you if you don’t have a tracker) and upload a screenshot of the date, distance ran and time you ran the distance in to your Instagram page and use the hashtag #BlissVirtualRun. Make sure that your account setting is public so that we can see your participation entry.
  Treadmills are allowed.
  As this is a FUN RUN, no official results, rankings or medals will be available
  Only UAE residents are eligible for prizes.
  Only participants who registered through the official online entry portal will be considered for any prizes.
  Cut off time to upload and tag #BlissVirtualRun is at midnight on Saturday, 25 July.

• Lucky Draw/ Competition:

  Win product hampers for Lucky Draw!
  Show us a video of the course, explain it or draw it and upload it to your Instagram page and use the hashtag #BlissVirtualRun. Make sure that your account setting is public so that we can see your participation entry.
  Only UAE residents are eligible for prizes.
  Only participants who registered through the official online entry portal will be considered for any prizes.
