From November 2024 to April 2025, runners of all levels and abilities will come together at The Ripe Market in The Dubai Police Academy for an exciting series of runs.

With three race distances to choose from – 2.5km, 5km, and 10km – there is something for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, a casual jogger, or someone who just wants to enjoy running with the family, this is the run for you. Even little runners are invited to join in on the fun with distances starting from 2.5km.

Whether you are a lead runner or a follower, everyone gets rewarded!

• What is the date and time of the race?

  The Community Run will be held on Sunday, 2nd February 2025

• What are the race categories?

  - 10 km

• What is the minimum age to run at the Community Run?

  10km – 10 years and above
  5km – 5 years and above
  2.km – 3 years and above

• What is the route?

  All distances for the Community Run will follow a scenic route around Dubai Police Academy. The course will be well-marked, traffic-free, and supported by Dubai Police and our event marshals.

• When and where do I collect my race pack?

  Race bibs are to be collected at the venue from 6:00 AM on the morning of the race. Collection closes at 6:55 AM. Your timing chip is attached to the back of your race bib, which should be worn on the front of your shirt/jersey

• How do I get to the venue?

  The Ripe Market at Dubai Police Academy is located on Umm Suqeim Street, opposite Mall of the Emirates. As you enter The Police Academy turn left and follow the signs for parking

• How do I get to the start?

  The start line for all races is on the road approximately 100m from the entrance to the Ripe Market. From the parking area, enter The Ripe Market to access registration and the start line

• What items will I receive with my registration?

  Every participant who completes their race distance will receive a Community Run finisher medal. Additionally, each participant will receive an official T-shirt, a bib, refreshments, and an online certificate

• Will there be any refreshments available after the race?

  Yes, refreshments will be provided to all runners

• Is there water available?

  Yes, water stations are strategically placed along the route to ensure ample hydration opportunities

• Are there toilets in the venue?

  Yes, toilets will be available near the start area

• Will there be medical assistance available?

  Ambulance and medical cover will be present at the event. If you need any assistance please contact a marshal

• Can I change the distance on the day?

  You must start in the distance that you have entered
