Welcome to the Dubai Shopping Festival Neon Run: Powered by SKECHERS. This FUN RUN - hosted by Dubai Design District - features distances of 3km, 5km and 10km. Start at the DSF Neon Garden and run your way through D3 with the multi coloured building lights of Business Bay as your backdrop and close up views of the illuminated Burj Khalifa. Finish your run and fuel up at e& MOTB next door—entry’s free!. This is your chance to put on your brightest and most glowing run outfits. To add to the atmosphere there will be lively music, many neon themed give aways and some DSF Hampers to give to some lucky winners on the night! We can't wait to see you there!

• How do I find my run number?

  Run Numbers will be allocated once entries close and be available for download from midday on the Thursday before the run.

• When is Run Check In and run pack collection?

  Your run number is on the evening of the race at Race Check In which opens at 6.30pm.
  Run numbers will be emailed to all runners and will also be on show at Check In on the evening of the run.
  Once you know your run number, proceed directly to your respective Bib collection desk and collect your Bib #.
  You must have checked in and received your timing chip 20 minutes before your run start.

• Data check - Did I register with the correct date of birth and gender?

  When collecting your run number, you will be asked your full name, gender and age. This is to check that you are collecting the correct run number and that you are not entered into the wrong category or gender.

• When is the Shirt Collection?

  Shirts will be handed out at Check In before the run and we ask runners to wear this t-shirt in support of the event and the sponsors.

• What are the Course Highlights?

  The iconic night time Dubai Skyline with Burj Khalifa views and all the surrounding buildings of Business Bay

• Where is the Venue & is Parking available?

  D3 - Dubai Design District, click here.
  Free public parking available within walking distance of race village and start / finish line.

• What are the Run Day Program & Timings?

  Be checked in at least 20 minutes before the start of the run.
  There is NO Registration on the night.

  7.55pm Run Check In Closes for all distances
  8.00pm 10km Fun Run Starts
  8.05pm 5km Fun Run Starts
  8.10pm 3km Fun Run Starts
  9.00pm Bib Lucky Draw for all runners
  9.30pm Cut off time for all runs and event finishes

• What are the Distances & Age groups?

  As this is a FUN RUN there is no timing, no results

• What should I do with my Run Bib?

  Bibs must be worn on your upper body with the number facing outward.
  Safety pins will be provided in and around the Check In area or bring your own race belt.

• How easy/difficult is the course?

  Flat and easy, perfect for first timers to advanced runners.

• What are the support stations and where are they placed?

  There are several self-service water stations on course and at the finish line.

• How do I change distance?

  Sign into your account. Go to the event on the home page. Click on Manage Registration. Click on Change category. Change to a different distance.

• Where can I find the Run Photos?

  Photos can be found on the event’s page by clicking on the CAMERA icon and then doing a bib or selfie search. Photos will be available 24 hours after the race has finished.
  
  Night run photos may sometimes be blurry and the quality is not as good as day time photos, this is due to the runners being in motion and the camera continuously adjusting to the surrounding lights.
  
  Photos are not included in the race fee, as we cannot guarantee that everyone will receive a clear on course and finish line photo and are offered as a free give away instead.

• Any additional information participants should know about?

  All information regarding the Run - Briefing, Course, etc can be found in the Event Downloads section of this event (on the right side of this page), so ensure you have a clear understanding of the rules and regulations as well as what the course will look like / entail.

• Why have I not received any race emails from the event organizer?

  Run emails are sent during the week of the event. Make sure to register with the correct email ID so that you receive these emails. Please note company email ID’s are often blocked by the company service provider. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder and mark us as ‘not spam’ to ensure that you receive future race information emails from us. • Refunds/Cancellations

  Once entries close or the event is sold out, no refunds are possible for whatever reason which includes and is not limited to: change in personal circumstances, sickness, travel restrictions, or any circumstances which may prevent you from participating in the event.
  Unclaimed run packs including shirt & medal will be forfeited in full after the start of a respective distance
