Enjoy a free, fun and fit day out at Hatta!

Dubai Fitness Challenge presents the first Mass Stand Up Paddle sessions at the beautiful setting of Hatta Dam.

Stand Up Paddle is a great way of increasing your core and cardio fitness whilst having a great day out with your friends and family.

The sessions are designed for complete beginners through to seasoned Paddlers with a series of 45 minute classes and exercises.

Adults can enter a training session at 14:00hrs and also a DFC SUP Challenge event at 17:00hrs where they navigate a short course to attain a special DFC SUP Challenge Certificate.

For adults that are proficient in SUP a special Sunset Yoga class is available on the water at 17:15hrs

Teens and Kids can enjoy some training sessions that will take place at 15:00 and 16:00 respectively again with certificates of achievement given (Parents of children will be able to book into these sessions too at their discretion).

Participants are able (subject to availability) to take free shuttle buses from Dubai to Hatta and return.

When choosing your options please note the choices to come with own board or avail a free board rental.
