In partnership with ADSS for Emirati Woman’s day, we look to celebrate and promote the healthy activity of our female community. A full day to come down to ADNEC and join the fun and activities including panel discussions from high-profile female athletes and discussions on a healthy lifestyle, yoga sessions, racket sports (paddle, badminton, table tennis) football, basketball, and have the chance to register for a ladies time trial run. Where we see the fastest female in a 1km distance. There will be a starting arch and registration desk to collect your bib and take part in the run. Register to take part today!

بالتزامن مع يوم المرأة الإماراتية وبالشراكة مع مهرجان صيف أبوظبي الرياضي، نحتفي بيوم رياضي حافل بالأنشطة المتنوعة التي تعزز المفاهيم الرياضية والتثقيفية لمجتمع نسائي صحي.
يتضمن البرنامج مجموعة من الفعاليات التي تشمل المرح وحلقات نقاشية حول نمط حياة صحي تحت إدارة نجمات الرياضة النسائية.
شاركوا في فعاليات : اليوغا، البادل، كرة الريشة، تنس الطاولة ،كرة القدم، كرة السلة، بجانب خوض تجربة أسرع متسابقة في سباق الجري لمسافة 1 كم.
المكان: مركز أبوظبي الوطني للمعارض ( أدنيك) – يتوفر مكتب للتسجيل.

  No there will be no bag drop at the event.

  There will be water stations at the start and finish line.

• How is this event handling Covid-19 related concerns?

  Participants to wear a mask before the start and once you finish the event (no need to wear a mask while participating).
  Staff will wear masks for the entire duration of the event and sanitize regularly.
  Self-social distancing of 2m at all times except when participating.
  Self-service water stations at the finish line.
  Sanitize your hands regularly at designated stations.
  If you feel unwell on the morning of the event with flu-like symptoms, please stay at home!

• كيف يتعامل هذا الحدث مع المخاوف المتعلقة بـ (كوفيد 19)؟

  يجب على المشاركين ارتداء الكمامة قبل البدء وبمجرد الانتهاء من الفعالية (لا داعي لارتداء كمامة أثناء المشاركة).
  سيرتدي الموظفون الكمامات طوال مدة السباق.
  تباعد اجتماعي ذاتي بمقدار 2 متر في جميع الأوقات، ما عدا البدء بالمشاركة في السباق.
  محطات مياه ذاتية الخدمة عند خط النهاية.
  عقم يديك بانتظام في المحطات المخصصة.
  إذا شعرت بتوعك في صباح يوم الحدث بأعراض تشبه أعراض الأنفلونزا، فيرجى البقاء في المنزل!

• Finisher Medal:

  At the completion of the event participants can collect a finishers' medal from the table and avail of the self-service water and then please make your way away from the event start/finish area and please continue to be aware of social distancing guidelines. We ask that everyone refrain from any hugging, high fives or handshakes - elbow and foot shakes are acceptable - we still want you to have fun! Race organizers have been working diligently to develop adjustments that encourage a safe and fair event while promoting physical distancing in every aspect of the event. Athletes should abide by the directives of the race director, event staff, volunteers, and the Hudayriyat Island security.

• جائزة النهاية :

  عند الانتهاء من الحدث ، يمكن للمشاركين الحصول على ميدالية لإنهاء السباق من الطاولة والاستفادة من مياه الخدمة الذاتية ، ومن ثم يرجى الابتعاد عن منطقة بدء / انتهاء الحدث ويرجى الاستمرار في إدراك التباعد الاجتماعي القواعد الارشادية. نطلب من الجميع الامتناع عن أي معانقة أو مصافحة - الكوع والقدم هزات مقبولة - ما زلنا نريدك أن تستمتع! يعمل منظمو السباق بجد لتطوير التعديلات التي تشجع على حدث آمن وعادل مع تعزيز التباعد الجسدي في كل جانب من جوانب الحدث. يجب على الرياضيين الالتزام بتوجيهات مدير السباق وموظفي الحدث والمتطوعين وأمن جزيرة الحديريات.

• Volunteers:

  Please thank the volunteers as they are volunteering their own time to help you enjoy your race and get you home safely to your families. Please also respect the host community as we are guests and please adhere to best practices to help protect others. You MUST wear an appropriate mask whilst moving in and around the venue prior to the start of your run. Whilst running in your race you may remove your mask but please remember to maintain the noted distance between runners and allow adequate spacing when passing other runners. Bag Drop - There will be NO bag drop onsite.

• المتطوعون :

  يرجى شكر المتطوعين لأنهم تطوعوا بوقتهم لمساعدتك على الاستمتاع بسباقك وإعادتك إلى المنزل بأمان وعائلتك. يرجى أيضًا احترام المجتمع المضيف لأننا ضيوف ويرجى الالتزام بأفضل الممارسات للمساعدة في حماية الآخرين. يجب عليك ارتداء قناع مناسب أثناء التنقل داخل وحول المكان قبل بدء الجري. أثناء الجري في سباقك ، يمكنك إزالة قناعك ولكن يرجى تذكر الحفاظ على المسافة الملحوظة بين العدائين والسماح بالمسافة الكافية عند اجتياز المتسابقين الآخرين. إسقاط الحقائب - لن يكون هناك تسليم للأكياس في الموقع.
