“Escape and Evolve” is a unique endurance and functional fitness staycation experience taking place in Abu Dhabi. Taking place on the pristine beaches and turquoise waters of Saadiyat Island, the experience includes various offerings spanning an entire weekend, and catered to both the participants as well as their families.

The weekend experience includes training sessions led by BR Performance Studios and Bodyism, luxury accommodation & world class dining at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort, as well as unique leisure experiences such as kayaking through the Louvre Museum.

• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  Suggested arrival time at the hotel is 9:00am.

• What are the start time(s) of the event?

  Event welcome/briefing shall take place at 10:00am, with the first activity taking place at 10:30am.

• What are my options for parking?

  Valet and self parking are both available at the hotel premises.

• Are there bag drop facilities?

  Bag drop facilities are available. Bags can also be left in hotel rooms.

• What estimated time will the event finish?

  2:30pm on Saturday May 21st, 2021.

• What are the Covid-19 precautions that will be applied?

  All guests are required to present proof of vaccination, or a negative PCR test of 48 hour validity.
  
  In the activity zones, participants to wear a mask before the start of the activity and once finished (no need to wear a mask while participating).
  
  Staff will wear masks for the entire duration of the event and sanitize regularly.
  
  Self-social distancing of 2m at all times.
  
  Self-service water stations will be made available.
  
  Sanitize your hands regularly at designated stations.
  
  If you feel unwell on the morning of the event with flu-like symptoms, please stay at home!
