On the sixth day, the trail will descend to the Dudh Kosi River at 1,500 meters before ascending to a staggering 5,360 meters at Everest Base Camp.

As you prepare for your trek, remember to pack wisely; your duffel bag should not exceed 13 kg, as each porter can carry a maximum of 26 kg for two trekkers. You can leave additional luggage in Kathmandu for convenience.
