A series of morning and evening run sessions delivered by experienced and professional middle and long distance run coaches at the Expo Park. The EXPO Run Club aims to develop and establish a program for all types of distance runners. Free of charge and open to all ages and abilities with the ultimate goal to compete at various long distance races across the UAE as well as improving your fitness and wellbeing levels.

• How do I get to the venue and what about parking?

  EXPO Park is where the Run Club sessions will take place. Situated outside the main EXPO site, multiple options are available and include Metro, Taxi or Drive.
  Plenty of parking available close to the meeting point.

• What to do when I arrive at EXPO Park?

  Check-In at the registration desk and you will then be introduced to your respective coach for the session.
  Feel free to ask any questions otherwise start with a few basic warm-ups before the session gets underway

• What are the venue highlights?

  The entire EXPO Park! Covered in lush greenery with plenty of trees and grass areas, EXPO 2020 Run Club will make use of the dedicated paths of the Park to mark out routes for all levels of runners.

• What are the Run Club timings?

  EVENING RUN SESSIONS
  Sun and Tues 7-9pm
  MORNING RUN SESSIONS
  Mon and Wed 6-8am

• What can be expected per session?

  The EXPO 2020 Dubai Running Club will look at catering for the needs of all levels of runners who wish to improve their running skills, fitness levels and run times in a social, fun and friendly environment.
  Every session will consist of the following:
  - a full session briefing outlining the training for that session.
  - a full Olympic style warm up.
  - a short stretching and mobility session.
  - running drills based on ability.
  - warm down.

• What do I need to bring?

  - something to drink
  - water will be supplied for all
  - a towel to wipe down after the session
  - a change of clothes if needed
  Please note there are changing facilities but no shower facilities at EXPO Park.

• Do I need to be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 Vaccine to participate?

  No

• How are the organisers handling Covid19 related concerns?

  - Participants and staff to wear a mask before the start and once you finish the run sessions (no need to wear a mask while participating).
  - Self-social distancing of 2m at all times except when participating.
  - Self-service water stations
  - Sanitize stations at Check-In.
  - If you feel unwell on the morning of the event with flu-like symptoms, please stay at home!
