What is Fartlek?
Fartlek means "speed play" in Swedish. It's a fun way to mix fast and slow running in one workout. This helps you get faster and build endurance without getting bored. It will be a 90-minute-long interval training session with professional coaches Egor Mishutin and Joshua Matenjwa and the I Love Supersport team.

Who Can Join? Everyone! No matter your fitness level, you're welcome to join and have fun! It will be a mixed session: beginners together with under 3h marathon level. For adults only.

The session starts with a warm-up, followed by the Fartlek run where we mix fast and slow running. We end with a cool-down and some stretching exercises.
The session is for 90min long, it will finish at 9:15pm
