Race through the lovely winding paths of the World Desert area and on to the African habitat. After passing Zebras, Camels and Giraffes the route zig zags past Lions and Chimps (who may be cheering you on) and around the big cat oasis
All participants must be fully vaccinated and present a negative PCR test not Exceeding 96 hours.

• Do I need to be fully vaccinated?

  Yes, you will need to be fully vaccinated and present your green Al Hosn App with a negative PCR text no older than 96 hours at the race pack collection to take part in all ADSC events

• Where and when can I get my race bib?

  You can collect your bib number on the morning of the event at race check in. Please arrive at race check-in no later than 30 minutes before your start time

• What do I do with my race bib?

  Please use the safety pin provided to attach your bib to the front of your shirt, your timing chip is attached to your bib and if it is not facing the front you will not be detected by the timing equipment. No detection = no results

• What is the race day program?

  Be checked in at least 30 minutes before the start of the race. There is NO Registration on the day.

• Race Pack / Number collection details?

  Your race number and timing chip collection are on the morning of the race at Race Check In which opens at 6.00am.
  Race numbers will be sent to you via SMS the night before the race, please know your bib number before you arrive at the race pack collection desk.
  Please check that all your data which is printed on the label of the race pack envelope is correct. This includes
  your name, age category, gender, and distance, and in the event of there being any errors, please let our registration staff know so we can change it for you so you have the correct result when finishing the race.
  You must have checked in and received your timing chip 20 minutes before your race starts.

  Yes there will be water stations out on the course and in the race village.

• How is this event handling Covid-19 related concerns?

  Participants to wear a mask before the start and once you finish the event (no need to wear a mask while participating).
  Staff will wear masks for the entire duration of the event and sanitize regularly.
  Self-social distancing of 2m at all times except when participating.
  Self-service water stations at the finish line.
  Sanitize your hands regularly at designated stations.
  If you feel unwell on the morning of the event with flu-like symptoms, please stay at home!

• كيف يتعامل هذا الحدث مع المخاوف المتعلقة بـ (كوفيد 19)؟

  يجب على المشاركين ارتداء الكمامة قبل البداية، وبمجرد الانتهاء من الفعالية (فلا داعي لارتداء الكمامة أثناء الجري).
  سيرتدي الموظفون الكمامات طوال مدة السباق.
  يجب المحافظة على التباعد الاجتماعي بمقدار 2 متر في جميع الأوقات (ما عدا بداية السباق).
  توجد محطات مياه ذاتية الخدمة عند خط النهاية.
  عقم يديك بانتظام في الأماكن المخصصة.

• Finishers Medal:

  At the completion of the event participants can collect a finishers' medal from the table and avail of the self-service water and then please make your way away from the event start/finish area and please continue to be aware of social distancing guidelines. We ask that everyone refrain from any hugging, high fives or handshakes - elbow and foot shakes are acceptable - we still want you to have fun! Race organizers have been working diligently to develop adjustments that encourage a safe and fair event while promoting physical distancing in every aspect of the event. Athletes should abide by the directives of the race director, event staff, volunteers, and the Yas Links security.

  عند الانتهاء من الحدث ، يمكن للمشاركين الحصول على ميدالية السباق من الطاولة والاستفادة من مياه الخدمة الذاتية، ومن ثم يرجى الابتعاد عن منطقة البداية / النهاية، ويرجى الاستمرار بالمحافظة على التباعد الاجتماعي والقواعد الارشادية. كما نطلب من الجميع الامتناع عن أي معانقة أو المصافحة

• Volunteers:

  Please thank the volunteers as they are volunteering their own time to help you enjoy your race and get you home safely to your families. Please also respect the host community as we are guests and please adhere to best practices to help protect others. You MUST wear an appropriate mask whilst moving in and around the venue prior to the start of your run. Whilst running in your race you may remove your mask but please remember to maintain the noted distance between runners and allow adequate spacing when passing other runners.
