The Functional Movement Workshop, led by Matt Peabody, is to provide participants with an assessment and actionable set of skills to improve mobility, strength and proprioception designed around the key swimming strokes, kinetics and kinematics.
The program focuses around dryland movements which are supplemented with specific swim drills targeting specific body movement areas and functionalities.
