The biggest marathon hosted in the heart of Kuwait. The race course being the most unique route which takes you through an experience like no other from the beautiful Arabian heritage to the modern architectural pieces of art. It is the first ever full road race certified by AIMS (Association of International Marathons & Distance Races), World Athletics, and recognized by (WMM) Abbott World Marathon Majors.

The event consists of the following distances and categories:

· 5KM – Run
· 10KM – Run
· 21KM – Half Marathon
· 642 Marathon also supports a cause each year in order to raise awareness and to encourage donations as part of its social responsibility.
