  تحدي محارب الجليد هو أبرز سباق عقبات في عمان ويقام يوم السبت، 26 أكتوبر، في سنو عمان. استعد لأقصى تحدٍ مع أكثر من 15 عقبة جريئة، بما في ذلك قضبان القرود، الزحف تحت السيارات، تقليب الإطارات، وحوض التزلج - جميعها على الثلج الحقيقي.

• ما الفرق بين كل فئة؟

  فئة النخبة مخصصة للمشاركين ذوي مستويات اللياقة البدنية العالية الذين يمكنهم إكمال دورتين في أقل من 15 دقيقة. فئة الفردية مخصصة للمشاركين من جميع مستويات اللياقة البدنية الذين يرغبون فقط في تجربة الجانب الممتع من اللياقة البدنية وفقاً لوتيرتهم الخاصة. فئة فريق من 5 ترحب بالمجموعات التي تتكون من خمسة أفراد فقط، وهي طريقة رائعة لتعزيز الترابط بين الفريق خارج المكتب أو بعض التحدي الودي بين الأصدقاء.

  سيتولى Premier Online إدارة التوقيت. سيتم توقيت كل مشارك كفرد، بغض النظرعن وقت بدءه أو مع من يبدأ.

• ماذا يجب أن أرتدي؟

  سوف تشارك في درجات حرارة تصل إلى -4، وقد تشعر بالحر داخل الملعب، لكننا نوصي بارتداء ملابس رياضية عادية وأحذية ذات نعل ناعم، كما يوصى بارتداء قفازات ذات قبضة. سنوفر لك خوذة ولكن يمكنك إحضار خوذتك الخاصة إذا رغبت. يُفضل إحضار ملابس بديلة لأنك قد تتبلل خلال السباق ولا نريدك أن تصاب بنزلة برد!

• كيف يمكنني الحصول على تي شيرت مجاني؟

  سيحصل جميع المشاركين في تحدي محارب الجليد على تي شيرت تذكاري بعد إنهاء السباق. ما عليك سوى التوجه إلى مكتب التسجيل (حيث استلمت رقمك/حزمة الشريحة)، وعرض ميداليتك (لإثبات أنك انتهيت) ووسم رقمك مقابل تي شيرت. تي شيرت واحد لكل مشارك.

• كيف أختار مجموعة البداية الخاصة بي؟

  جميع الفئات تقدم أماكن محدودة على أساس أولوية التسجيل. يرجى عدم التسجيل في فئة اللياقة البدنية النخبوية إلا إذا كنت 'متقدمًا أو لائقًا جدًا' (تنظم الجهة المنظمة الحق في إعادة تصنيفك بناءً على النتائج السابقة). يجب على جميع المشاركين في 'فئة اللياقة البدنية النخبوية' إكمال المسار في أقل من 25 دقيقة.

• What is the Ice Warrior Challenge?

  The Ice Warrior Challenge is Oman’s coolest obstacle course happening on Saturday, 26 October, at Snow Oman. Brace yourself for the ultimate challenge with over 15 daring obstacles, including monkey bars, car crawls, tyre flips, and a splash pool – all in real snow.

• What’s the difference between each category?

  The Elite category is for participants with high fitness levels who can complete two laps in less than 15 minutes. The Individual category is for participants of all fitness levels who just want to experience the fun side of fitness at their own pace. The Team of 5 category welcomes groups of exactly five and is a great way to foster team bonding outside of the office or some friendly rivalry amongst your mates.

• How many obstacles are there?

  The Ice Warrior Challenge has a total of 19 obstacles including monkey bars, car crawls, tyre flips, and a splash pool across a 530-m assault course.

• Are spectators allowed?

  Yes, guests may purchase the Spectator Pass to watch the Ice Warrior Challenge from a dedicated area while enjoying free hot chocolate. The Spectator Pass is now available online at snowoman.com and on-ground during the actual event at OMR 5.

• Who is going to manage the event timing?

  Timing will be done by Premier Online. Everyone will be timed as an individual, regardless of when/with who you start.

• What Should I wear?

  You are racing in -4 temperatures, you will get hot in there, however we recommend that you wear normal sports gear and soft sole shoes and gloves with a grip are recommended. We will provide you with a helmet however you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring a change of clothes as you will get wet during the race and we don’t want you to catch a cold!

• How can I get my free t-shirt?

  All Ice Warrior Challenge Finishers will receive a souvenir Ice Warrior t-shirt AFTER you've finished the race. Simply approach the check-in desk (where you collected your bib/chip pack), show your medal (to prove you finished) and have your bib marked in exchange for a t-shirt. One per finisher.

• How do I choose my start group?

  > All categories offer limited places on a first-come-first-served basis.
  > Please do NOT register in the Elite Fitness Category unless you are 'Advanced or Extremely Fit' (Organizer reserves the right to re-categorize you based on previous results). All 'Elite Fitness' participants must complete the course in less than 25 minutes.

• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  Please arrive at the main entrance of Snow Oman no earlier than 45 minutes and no later than 15 minutes prior to your start time to register and collect your gear.

• What are the start time(s) of the event?

  You will only be permitted to start at the time corresponding to your registered category. No changing will be permitted once the published category change time limit has passed. All competitors should have arrived and be checked in: collected race number (pinned to FRONT of shirt) and timing chip (around ANKLE only) and be ready no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start of their category.

• What is the course difficulty?

  Moderate difficulty.

• How can we see our results?

  You will receive your results via email.

• What if I miss my start group / arrive late?

  It is very important you arrive and are ready to start at your registered start times. If you miss your start time you may have to wait until a suitable gap appears which may well be towards to the end of the event. Starting late also means you may face a cut off time if you cannot finish inside the allocated times. PLEASE DO ALL YOU CAN TO ARRIVE FOR THE TIME YOU REGISTERED FOR.

• Are there prizes involved?

  Yes, participants who cross the finish line will receive a commemorative medal and an Ice Warrior souvenir t-shirt after returning their timing chip. The Top 3 participants from each category will also bring home special prizes.
