No, these are fun runs, NOT Timed races.

By what time should I arrive at the event venue?
Please arrive at the venue no later that 30 minutes before your start time.

What are my options for parking and directions?
Please follow the marshals' directions and signs to the designated parking area. Parking is located at Marsana Beach as well as Marsana Beach extension. Please note that there may be a 15 minute walk from some car parks.

Run Bib Number collection details?
• Run numbers will be sent to you via SMS the night before the race, please know your number before you arrive at the race pack collection desk
• You must have checked in 30 minutes before your race start.

Are there bag drop facilities?
No there will be no bag drop at the event.

Will there be refreshment stations?
There will be water stations out on the course as well as at the finish area

Finisher Medal:
At the completion of the event participants can collect a finishers' medal from the Marshal and avail of the water and fruit then please make your way away from the event start/finish area. Athletes should abide by the directives of the race director, event staff and volunteers at all times.

Please thank the volunteers as they are volunteering their own time to help you enjoy your race and get you home safely to your families. Please also respect the host community as we are guests and please adhere to best practices to help protect others.

Run Numbers
Numbers must be worn on your upper body facing outward. This allows officials to identify you on the course as well to allow you to search for event photos after the run
Safety pins are in the envelope.

Run Rules
Keep to the right-hand side of the road at all time
Follow the appropriate signage and course marshals.
You must have your run number visible on the front of your upper body or race clothing and keep it visible at all times when on the run course.
Shoes are compulsory.
No form of locomotion other than running, walking or crawling is allowed. – this is excluded for the Wheelchair can Paracycling Categories.

Start Procedures
All participants in all run categories will run to the RIGHT side of the pathway in all directions
• All participants must where the run number provided.
• It is not permitted to wear another persons number
• All participants must run in their selected distance category. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
• Runners must follow the designated route at all times, failure to do so will result in disqualificaion
• All participants must not intentionally impede the progress of another person
