We believe that Kids’ Athletics has the power to get the world moving and that every child is born to move, play and explore no matter where they are in the world or their individual circumstances. We therefore want to provide opportunities through Kids’ Athletics and Kids’ Athletics Day for children and young people around the globe to get moving, be active and have a positive experience in athletics.
Get ready for an exciting twist to the 2024 Kids’ Athletics Day theme – introducing the World Mile Challenge! In honor of the 70th anniversary of Roger Bannister breaking the 4 minute mile we are aiming to ‘Run the World’ one mile at a time. Join the global challenge and let’s see just how many miles we can collectively run, jog or walk this Kids’ Athletics Day.
