For this Christmas holidays we invite your kids to swimming intensive sessions. It is ideal for those kids who know how to swim and familiar to be in swimming group.

About the coach:

Mohammed Elsaber:
Professional Swimming Coach.
An expert swimming coach certified from international swim schools as FINA, Austswim, American Swimming Coaches Association. FINA water polo coach. WATER EXERCISES coach level 1WECOACH(AEA) . Represented his national team internationally in FINA world championships. Certified from FINA as technical officials.

December 26 - Blue Wave, 9:00 AM
December 28 - Kite Beach, 9:00 AM

Sessions per Day:

First day we will be:
Learning and improving 4 strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly
Working on swimming techniques, speed and distance

Second day we will be:
Learning sea swim navigation
Practicing in dolphin dive and high knee
Running swimming running

Third day we will be:
Making starts and turns
Developing rely techniques
Practicing buddy swim
