Ladies Run Club was created to give ladies a safe and friendly environment to train in.
Whether you are just starting out, training for a race, or simply want to meet some likeminded individuals; we want to help you get better at life through running.
Schedule:
Monday: Recovery run and strength (1 hour)
Tuesday: Track speed session (1 hour)
Wednesday: Intervals (1 hour)
Friday: Tempo Run (1 hour)
Sunday: Long Run
Timing, Access to future ladies run club sessions for 1 calendar month
