Ladies Run Club was created to give ladies a safe and friendly environment to train in.

Whether you are just starting out, training for a race, or simply want to meet some likeminded individuals; we want to help you get better at life through running.

• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  The session starts at 5:59am/pm, please arrive by 5:50am/pm to meet the coach (Steph) before the session starts.

• What are the start time(s) of the event?

  5:59 AM / 5:59 PM

• Where do I go for the event?

• What are my options for parking?

  We have free parking outside the gym and additional free parking on the roads surrounding the gym.

• Race Pack / Number collection details?

  N/A This is a coached training session, not a race.

• Are there bag drop facilities?

  Yes, you can leave your belongings inside the gym.

• Will there be support stations? If yes, how many, where, providing what support?

  Please bring your own water bottle for the session. You can fill it up at the gym.

• What estimated time will the event finish?

  All coached sessions are 1x hour in the week. We will be finished by 7am/pm
