Each participant on registration shall choose any sporting fitness activity such as running, football, walking, fitness exercising, rowing , boxing, basketball , bodybuilding training ,tennis , or any other sporting fitness activity to burn calories for 7 days in a row and lose on weekly basis;
Lose 3000 Calories to win Finisher Medal.
Lose 5000 Calories to win a challenge medal and get the chance to enter the Raffle Draw on Friday of each Week.
On the end of each week ,each participant shall submit the following details:
Exercise duration, workout time, burnt calories, date of each workout shall be clear,and the selected fitness activity workout video.
By Registering at the three weeks challenge will allow you to enter the Raffle Draw on each Friday upon losing the 5000 calories each week ..
