• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  Please arrive at the venue no later that 30 minutes before your start time.

• Where do I go for the event?

  Please see the Event Location map on this page.

• What are my options for parking?

  There is parking available at Louvre Acu Dhabi, if this car park fills then an overflow car park may be used. There is a 10-minute walk from the overflow car park to the start area.

• Race Pack / Number collection details?

  Race pack collection will take place on event morning near the start line. Please arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to your race start time, to give yourself enough time to collect your pack. Late arrivals may be allowed to join ( at the discretion of the Race Director) but would NOT receive a time

• Are there bag drop facilities?

  No there will be no bag drop at the event.

• Will there be support stations? If yes, how many, where, providing what support?

  There will be water stations in the race village and out on the course.

• What estimated time will the event finish?

  The cut off time for the event is 9.00 am
  Please keep this in mind when registering for your event.

• Where can I find the results to the event?

  You can find your results under : https://results.sporthive.com/for/adsc
  then look for your event and enter your bib number

• Finisher Medal:

  On successful completion of your run you will be awarded your finished medal by one of the Marshals. Once you have received your medal, please exit the finish chute promptly to avoid a traffic jam!
