We have designed a programme with a comprehensive approach to make the best of your natural gifts, build confidence, set new goals and a structure to help you achieve them.
If you feel stuck or need a kick-start, this is your opportunity to work with us to begin to create a life you want to live. We will introduce you to some positively impactful changes to set you on your path to personal freedom and fulfillment. Working together we will explore working creatively, physically and holistically with some stimulating, out-of-the-box, and boundary-pushing mind and body challenges.
You will be greeted at the Cote d'Azur airport in Nice, France and transported to the stunning Gorges du Verdon just 2 hours away.
Your hosts will welcome you to your accommodation 1100m above sea level and you will be given a run-down of your surroundings and what you can expect for the week to come. Activities can be physical and mental, so bring appropriate attire to be active!
Each day will begin with a short fitness warm-up and a healthy breakfast, followed by a day filled with activities designed to make the best of your natural talents, build confidence and a framework on how to achieve them.
This experience is limited to 6 people, so you are guaranteed one-to-one attention and guidance.

  The price includes full board, which is 3 meals per day and your accommodation. (Excludes alcohol)
  The price includes group transfer from the Cote d'Azur airport in Nice, France. (This is based on all guests arriving on the same day)
  This price includes personal guidance to all the workshop sessions and strength/fitness sessions etc.
  This price includes vehicle support for the week to transport to and from the start/finish venues or third party activities.
  The price does not include any third party activities such as cycling, kayaking, climbing etc.
