Our course features terrain that will test your endurance, including wet and muddy ditches to wade through. As you take on our obstacle run, you'll face a variety of natural and man-made obstacles designed to test even the toughest runners. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of fun and laughter for those who prefer a less intense experience. After the race, enjoy on-site entertainment and food while swapping stories with fellow competitors and wear your well-earned medals and scratches with pride!

By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

Please arrive at least an hour before (11:30 AM) to give you enough time to get parked, register for the run, drop off bag and valuables and take part in the recommended complimentary warm up.
What are the start time(s) of the event?

The Overload Day will be 12:30 PM and the Overload Night will be 21:30 PM

What are my options for parking?

Yes there will be plenty of parking on the day. The parking charge of £5 helps to pay for the upkeep of the parking facilities. Please bring the correct change on the day. Please follow the signs and advice from the Marshals onsite.
Race Pack / Number collection details?

The Registration tent will be set up in the Overload Village and this is where you will need to pick up your running number and wrist band for your wave, You’ll be asked to provide ID to confirm your registrations details. Do not forget your ID
Are there bag drop facilities?

There is a key drop facility at registration and an unmanned bag drop
Will there be support stations? If yes, how many, where, providing what support?

There are volunteers and medics on course with 1 water station at the start and finishing point. There may be additional water points, depending on the weather.
What estimated time will the event finish?

Overload Day will finish around 13:30 PM and Overload Night will finish around 22:30 - 23:30 PM
