During the workshop, you will learn the most efficient running technique for long-distance running. We will focus on improving your running technique and efficiency, covering topics such as posture, landing position, cadence, and vertical oscillations. You will try efficient drills to improve the running form. Our coach will evaluate your running technique and make recommendations.
Whether you’re an experienced runner or just starting out, this workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to improve the efficiency of running!
The workshop will be organized by I Love Supersport endurance school and led by an experienced coach from Russia, Ph.D. in Physical Education and Sport - Egor Mishutin.
The workshop will take place on September 21 at Dubai American Academy indoor running track, 10am. Places are limited: register now to secure your spot!
