Do you want to run faster, longer and never get injured? Learn the right running technique!
During the workshop, you will learn the most efficient running technique for long-distance running. We will focus on improving your running technique and efficiency, covering topics such as: • posture, • landing position, • cadence, • vertical oscillations and others. You will try efficient drills to improve the running form. Our coach will evaluate your running technique and make recommendations. At the end of the workshop, we will do a short Q&A session and coaches will answer all your questions.
Whether you’re an experienced runner or just starting out, this workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to improve the efficiency of running!
The workshop will be organised by I Love Supersport endurance school and lead by experienced coach from Russia, Ph.D. in Physical Education and Sport - Egor Mishutin and Kenyan coach and elite runner Joshua Matenjwa.
The workshop will take place on March at Kite Beach running track, 8am. Places are limited: register now to secure your spot!
