Does balance important in running? We usually don't think about balance until we are falling down. But the balance is not only about firmly standing on our feet. You use balance ability with each running step. The better balance you have the more efficient your running is. With better balance, you will run more relaxed and more easily. Include some balance exercises in your training and you will see the result.
During this running workshop you will learn and try yourself:
- exercises for stability
- balance drills
- strength exercises to maintain better balance
Also, you will do:
- running for 4-5K
- basic technique drills
- good stretching
You will get personal recommendations from our coach to improve your running form.
