Strength workouts are necessary for runners for 3 reasons:
- they prevent injuries by strengthening muscles and joints;
- they help you run faster by boosting neuromuscular coordination;
- they improve your running economy by increasing stride efficiency.
During this running workshop you will learn and try yourself special strength exercises for runners and intence strength running drills.
Also, you will do:
- easy jogging for 4-5K;
- basic technique drills;
- good stretching.
You will get personal recommendations from our coach to improve your running form.
