The Spinneys Virtual Family Run is a run for all ages and abilities confined to the space in and around your home.
Entry is free to all participants and our challenge to you is to design and create
a run course so you can complete your respective distance within 1 hour.
A fun morning with the whole family! Eat well, live well with Spinneys.

• Run Day Program:

  Be checked in at least 30 mins prior to the start of the run.
  09h30 – Run Check In Opens
  09h45 – Run Warm Up
  09h55 – Run Briefing
  10h00 – Run Starts
  11h00 – Cut off time for all runs
  11h05 – Spinneys Lucky Draw: 5 x shopping vouchers
  11h10 – Run Finishes – till next V-Run

• Run Numbers:

  Use the Run Number you were given in previous Spinneys Family Run events or design your own (not compulsory to wear – just for fun!)

• Event Venues & Run Courses:

  In the comfort of your home / balcony / garden
  Design and construct your own fun course in and around your home / garden / balcony.

• Parking Info:

  In your own personal designated parking spot at home!

• What is the level of difficulty of the course?

  Flat and easy - with a few furniture obstacles

• What are the support stations and where are they placed?

  1 x water station in the kitchen on every lap and at the finish line!
  The same kitchen can be visted after the run to rehydrate with other beverages and healthy snacks of your choice!

• Run Results:

  Your results will also be viewable by all on the Spinneys Instagram page so tag them at @spinneysdubai and use the hashtag #SpinneysFamilyRun.

• Run Photos:

  Your photos will also be viewable by all on the Spinneys Instagram page so tag them at @spinneysdubai and use the hashtag #SpinneysFamilyRun.

• End of Run Procedure:

  When crossing the finish line, please keep moving through to the end of the finish schute where you will need to take photos or screenshots of your distance just run.
  Upload to it to your Instagram and use the hashtag #SpinneysFamilyRun
  Grab yourself a refreshing drink and snack from the kitchen.
  The Lucky Draw will take place at 11h05 so hang around for that to see if you are a winner!

• Rules & Regulations:

  You will have 1 hour to complete the run.
  You must have recorded your run on a GPS tracker (free apps are available to record this for you if you don’t have a device) and upload a screenshot of the date, distance ran and time you ran the distance in to your Instagram and use the hashtag #SpinneysFamilyRun
  Stick to the right hand side of the run route at all times to allow faster runners to pass you on your left hand side

• Lucky Draw:

  Spinneys shopping vouchers to be won.
  Only participants who registered through the official online entry portal will be included in the Lucky Draw.
