The SPINNEYS Family Run is back for the 2024-25 season. Since 2020 these family runs have been hosted in numerous communities throughout the UAE. It is a fantastic way to get friends and family started on their fitness journey as it is one of the most inclusive events out there. It doesn't matter if you are a casual or advanced runner the SPINNEYS Family Run provides a encouraging environment to help push you to meet your fitness goals and as an added bonus it is great start for a family day out.

This year The SPINNEYS Family Run will also host several pink runs to raise awareness for Breast Cancer. For these events all entry fees will be donated to the Al Jalila Foundation to help those in need.
