This is a series of Fun Runs for all ages and abilities. Entry is free to all participants with the aim to increase your fitness levels and socialize with like-minded runners and families on the day! A fun morning out for the whole family.

• How do I collect the Shirt & Run Number?

  This will take place on the morning of the run at Check-In from 7am near the start line.
  Only 1 t-shirt and timing chip per person for the 2021/22 series of runs.
  Children under 3yrs do not receive a t-shirt but are more than welcome to join in either by walking or in a stroller.

• How do I find my Run Number?

  Run Numbers will be allocated once entries close and be available for download from 5pm on the Wednesday before the Run.

• What is the Run Day Program?

  Be checked in at least 20 - 30 minutes before the start of the run.
  07h00 – Run Check In Opens
  07h50 – Run Check In Closes for all distances
  07h55 – Run Briefing
  08h00 – Run Starts
  09h00 – Run Finishes / Collect Snack / Depart Venue

• When and where is the Run Pack Collection?

  Run Pack collection is on the morning of the run at Run Check In which opens at 07h00.
  Run Numbers will be emailed to all runners and will also be on show at Run Check In on the morning of the run.
  Important: Runners will only receive ONE shirt and timing chip for the entire series.

• What are the Event Venues?

• Is there any Parking available?

  Yes, in and around the start area.

• What is the level of difficulty of the course?

  Flat and easy

• What are the support stations and where are they placed?

  1 x water station at the u-turn for those doing a second lap
  1 x water station at the finish line / run village

• Where can I find the Run Results?

  Full results will be on the Super Sports website as soon as possible at SuperSportsUAE.com.

• Where can I find the Run Photos?

  These will be available on Facebook: Spinneys Family Run and be posted 72 hours after they have been checked and edited. Individual photos are not guaranteed.

• Any additional information participants should know about?

  Further information regarding the Spinneys Family Fun Run (Run Briefing, Run Course etc.) can be found in the Event Downloads section of this page, so ensure you have a clear understanding of the rules and regulations as well as what the course will look like / entail.

• How is this event handling Covid19 related concerns?

  We will be enforcing the below Covid safety precautions at all races:
  Masks to be worn before and after the race (no need to wear a mask while participating).
  Self-social distancing of 2m at all times before and after the race.
  Self-service water station out on course and at the finish line.
  Sanitization stations at multiple locations.
  If you feel unwell on the morning of the event with flu-like symptoms, please stay at home!

• Why have I not received any race emails from the event organizer?

  Race emails are sent 7 days before race day, and on the Wednesday before the race at 5pm. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam / junk / promotions or other folders and un-spam us so you can receive future emails from us, Super Sports UAE.
