Ultra 5x10 is a simple but challenging race format that is unique in the region. The race format requires participants to run 5 Km every hour for 10 hours. The total distance will be around 50 Km. There’s also a shorter format available for those who want to run only 8 or 5 hours.
The runner with the fastest cumulative time over the 10 hours will be the winner.
We expect 100+ runners will participate in the event and their families might join to support and cheer the participants.

  Arriving time for 10 hours runners is 5:30 PM,And Arriving time for 5 hours and 8 hours runners is 6:00 PM.

• What are the start time(s) of the event?

  Race start time for 10 hours runners is 6:00 PM. And race start time for 5 hours and 8 hours runners is 7:00 PM.

• Where do I go for the event?

  Location of the race is nearby the beach behind Intercontinental Muscat.

  Race pack collection on Wednesday on 25th September 05:00 PM to 09:30 PM at Sultan Center Al Qurum .

• Are there bag drop facilities?

  Drop bags facilities will be available in the race start area.

• Will there be support stations? If yes, how many, where, providing what support?

  There are refreshments arranged in the race start area with following supplies:
  • Water
  • Cold beverages
  • Bananas
  • Apple
  • Orange
  • Watermelon
  • Rice Cake
  No support stations on the race route.

• What estimated time will the event finish?

  Event will finish at 4:00 AM Friday morning the 27th of September 2024
