Sanctioned by Dubai Sports Council and as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30 x 30, choose the 5k or 10k distance and check out the bustling side cafes, illuminated towers and hotels, lapping water of the canal and an active marina atmosphere. • How do I find my race number?

  Race Numbers will be allocated once entries close and be available for download from 5pm on the Sunday before the Race.

• When is Race Check In and race number and timing chip collection?

  Your race number and timing chip collection is on the evening of the race at Race Check In which opens at 7pm.
  
  Race numbers will be emailed to all runners and will also be on show at Race Check In on the evening of the race.
  Once you know your race number, proceed directly to your respective Bib collection desk and collect your Bib # with timing chip attached.
  Please check that all your data which is printed on the label of the race pack envelope is correct. This includes
  your name, age category, gender and distance and in the event of there being any errors, please let our Race Check In staff know so we can change it for you so you have the correct result when finishing the race.
  You must have checked in and received your timing chip 30 minutes before your race start.

• What are the Course Highlights?

  Running along the water’s edge, marina and the canal views, Burj Khalifa as the center point and all the tower lights dazzling in the background.

• Where is the Venue & is Parking available?

  Venue is D3 and parking is in and around D3 near The Block.

• What are the Race Night Program & Timings?

  Be checked in at least 20 minutes before the start of the race.

• What are the Distances & Age groups?

  Age Groups are calculated as per your age on race night. Male and Female categories for all age groups
  • 10km – male and female – 0 – 18 years, 19 – 29 years, 30 – 39 years, 40 – 49 years, 50 years+
  • 5km – male and female – 0 – 18 years, 19 – 29 years, 30 – 39 years, 40 – 49 years, 50 years+

• What should I do with my Race Bib?

  Timing chips are attached to the back of your race bib.
  Ensure your bib has 1 timing chip stuck to the back and if not, please see Super Sports staff on the night to issue you with a new bib.
  DO NOT REMOVE THE CHIP FROM THE BIB. IF YOU RUN WITH NO BIB – YOU WILL RECEIVE NO TIME AND NO RESULT!

• What should I do with my Timing Chip?

• How easy/difficult is the course?

  Easy, perfect for first timers to advanced runners.

• What are the support stations and where are they placed?

  There are 2 self-service water stations on course and 1 at the finish line.

• When is the Shirt Collection?

  Once finished racing, hand your race bib in at the T-Shirt stand and collect your free shirt.

• Are there any Family Discounts available?

  Family discounts are available for families of 3 or more wanting to enter this event and are ONLY for parents and THEIR children and is offered by Super Sports to make it more economically viable for the whole family to participate. To avail of the family discount, please email [email protected], so that the family discount code can be given to you.

• Where can I find the Race Results?

  Please scan the QR codes in the Race Village to view your result once you have finished running. Full results will be on the Super Sports website as soon as possible at http://www.supersportsuae.com.

• Where can I find the Race Photos?

  Photos can be found on your results page by clicking on the CAMERA icon and then doing a bib or selfie search. Photos will be available 24 hours after the race has finished. Individual photos are not included in the race fee nor guaranteed.

• Do I need to be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 Vaccine to participate?

  No longer required to be able to attend this event.

• How is this event handling Covid19 related concerns?

  Participants to wear a mask before the start and once you finish the event (no need to wear a mask while participating.
  Staff will wear masks for the entire duration of the event and sanitize regularly.
  Self-social distancing of 2m at all times except when participating.
  Self-service water stations out on course and at the finish line
  Several sanitize stations in race village and Check In areas.
  If you feel unwell on the morning of the event with flu-like symptoms, please stay at home!

• Why have I not received any race emails from the event organizer?

  Race emails are sent 7 days before race day, and on the Sunday before the race at 5pm. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam / junk / promotions or other folders and un-spam us so you can receive future emails from us, Super Sports UAE.
