• Awards Ceremony:

  The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place from 8:00pm - 8:30pm

• Is the event live streamed and is there an online leaderboard?

  Yes, the event will be live streamed, score will be updated via Competition Corner.

• Are spectators allowed at the event?

  Yes spectators are welcome to attend and support participants.

• Will there be medical assistance available during the event?

  Yes, medical personnel will be on standby to provide assistance if needed.

• Can I bring my own food and drinks?

  Outside food and drinks are permitted. Water and vendor snacks will be available on site during the event.

• Where can I see my heat times?

  All heats will be sent to athetes days prior to the event. You cannot pick slot times however we try our best to give morning or evening slots as requested.

• What to Bring and What Not to Bring:

  Participants are advised to bring appropriate fitness attire, including running shoes and workout gear.
  
  · Water bottles and hydration are encouraged to stay hydrated throughout the event.
  
  · Personal belongings such as keys, phones, and wallets should be securely stored.
  
  · Alcohol, pets, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the event premises.
