The Vlaarkamp Memorial Charity Event is back to support the Oman Cancer Association.
Feel free to stay after the race to reminisce about Paul .
This will be a lovely day in memory of a lovely man. Come along and enjoy the fabulous scenery around Al Sifah whilst helping us raise a fantastic amount for charity!

• What is the Event Day Schedule?

  4:00 PM: Race bib collection in Jabel Sifah, The race will start from the front of Sifawy Boutique Hotel near the marina .
  
  4:30 PM: 10K race start
  4:35 PM: 5K race start
  6:00 PM: Cut off time

• Distances

  There will be 2 race options :
  5km run and
  10km run

• Which charity does this event support?

  The organizer will donate the proceeds from the entry fee to Paul and Chantels chosen charity - the Oman Cancer Association. All proceeds from the event will go the the charity.

• Prize Giving:

  All finishers in each race will receive a medal.

• Support Stations:

  The courses will be marked and water will be available however we ask all athletes to bring whatever extra hydration they need during the race.

• Event Venue:

  The Vlaarkamp memorial sporting event in March at Paul's favorite place and his home, the beautiful resort of Al Sifah.
