Welcome to the First Ever Valentines Challenge.....A competition  like no other. Whether you are sporty Fit or not fit at all....this event is for you. For the first time we are introducing a Valentines Couple Goals Competition.  We are also opening doors to Friendzones....meaning 2 men can partner in men's Category and 2 women can partner in women's Category.  

CATEGORIES

1. COUPLES CHALLENGE - in this category registration  is for Couples only (as long as its a man and woman). 
Top 10 Couples Win an awesome glass Trophy Plaque.

2. FRIENDZONE CHALLENGE. - This Category has 2 Categories inside, registration is for Friendzone only either :- 
a) Man/Man vs Man/Man
b) Woman/Woman vs Woman/Woman
Top 3 winners both Male or Female the winners will get  each a glass trophy plaque separately.  

A part from the Fun, the trophies and many more you also get a perfect chance to Compete with you best friend or partner. 

THE EVENTS
You shall tied together with your partner or couple on the wrist.
1. 3KM RUN together (equivalent  to 9 laps round)
2. 50 push ups (can split the push ups)
3. Run 1 lap together 
4. Wheelbarrow walk 100m (hold the your partner  feet as they walk on the hands, you can swope half way)
5. Run lap together 
6. 50 Burpees  
7. Run 3 laps to finish
