In April 2018, the UN General Assembly declared 3 June World Bicycle Day.
World Bicycle Day draws attention to the benefits of using the bicycle — a simple, affordable, clean and environmentally fit sustainable means of transportation.
Join the World Bike Day activities at Hudayriyat Island!
Join us at 6pm for a group ride and stay as late as 10pm,
The event is open to all ages, families are invited to bring the kids along. People of determination are also invited join us in the World Bike Day activities.

• Will there be prizes?

  There will be no prize giving at the event

• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  Any time between 5.00pm and 8.30pm

  There is parking available at Abu Dhabi Cycling Club & Colnago

• Bib Number collection details?

  Bib collection will take place on event evening near the start line. You will be sent your bib number via SMS before pack collection opens.

• Are there bag drop facilities?

  No there will be no bag drop at the event.

  There will be water stations in the race village and out on the course.

  The cut off time for the event is 10.00pm

• Volunteers:

  Please thank the volunteers as they are volunteering their own time to help you enjoy your race and get you home safely to your families. Please also respect the host community as we are guests and please adhere to best practices to help protect others. You MUST wear an appropriate mask whilst moving in and around the venue prior to the start of your run. Whilst running in your race you may remove your mask but please remember to maintain the noted distance between runners and allow adequate spacing when passing other runners. Bag Drop - There will be NO bag drop onsite.
