In this virtual race you will start your journey, we want to emphasize the importance of being courageous, positive, hardworking and sympathetic. Don’t Think, Just you need to Run. You don’t have to run fast, you just have to run and start your journey.

A virtual race is a race that you can complete at your own pace and time.
Virtual race works exactly the same as any other type of running but the difference is that the race can be done at any location: outside, inside or on a treadmill. Virtual races are a pronounced way to stay fit and active all year round, run for good effects and get awesome medals for your participation!

2- Record your activity
3- Submit your proof

• Terms and conditions for participants

  - Performing running or walking for 10 km OR cycling for 20 km for each participants for individual
  - The activity must be done from 15 Dec 2021 until 31 Jan 2022
  - Complete in one go or separate stages.

  - أداء الجري أو المشي لمسافة 10 كم أو ركوب الدراجة لمسافة 20 كم لكل مشارك فردي
  - يجب أن يتم النشاط من 15 ديسمبر 2021 حتى 31 يناير2022
  - يمكن أن تجمع بين عدة أشواط

• How to participate?

  1- Register for the event.
  2- Complete your target and record your activity through any of the well known tracking programs (Apple Watch / Android / Garmin / Strava or similar other apps)
  3- Capture (screenshot) your activity page and upload it along with your personal data on the link you will receive by email
  4- We will verify the submission result and you will be contacted within two weeks to arrange the delivery of your medal to your chosen address.

  1- التسجيل في الفعالية.
  2-إكمال المسافة المطلوبة خلال الفترة المحددة وتوثيق ذلك من خلال أحد برامج التتبع (ساعة أبل / اندرويد / جارمن / تطبيق سترافا / نايك او غيرها من البرامج المتوفرة)
  3- التقط (صورة للشاشة) صفحة نشاطك وقم بتحميلها مع بياناتك الشخصية على الرابط الذي ستتلقاه عبر البريد الإلكتروني
  4- سنقوم بالتحقق من المشاركة وبعدها سيتم الاتصال بك في غضون أسبوعين لترتيب تسليم ميداليتك إلى العنوان الذي اخترته.

• How to submit my activity?

  -You will receive an email to upload your activity prove with required details.
  - The proof must be from an activity tracker program approved activities and shows the date of the activity, type of activity, distance covered, and activity duration.
  -After your upload is received we will review your participation, once its approved you will receive an confirmation email within 2 weeks. Then we will contact you to arrange your medal delivery.

• كيف أقوم برفع مشاركتي في النشاط؟

  ستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا لتحميل نشاطك
  يجب أن يكون دليل النشاط من الأنشطة المعتمدة لأحد برامج تعقب الأنشطة الرياضية ويعرض تاريخ النشاط ونوع النشاط والمسافة المقطوعة ومدة النشاط.
  بعد استلام التحميل الخاص بك ، سنراجع مشاركتك ، بمجرد الموافقة عليه ، ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني في غضون أسبوعين. ثم سنتواصل معك لترتيب تسليم الميدالية.
