“Don't save yourself, this is a sprint event - Great race, fun track, came well prepared, so no real problem with the cold, snow or water. Track could be longer, as I did it in less than 25 mins... but obstacles would be congested, which was not the case: flawless. Organization was a little short, but this is a charity event, and people got what they bring in it. will come back again, so good to be in cold! ”

“A great event for a great cause! - I enjoyed the event very much, it was hard but a lot of fun! My only criticism is that at some points on the course it was difficult to see where to go next and some of the marshals weren't very good at making themselves known or seen or pointing out where to go next, I ended up having to repeat a large portion of the course because of this which cost me about 5 minutes. That was disappointing. Maybe I missed the goodie bags but I didn't see them and I was there until the end. ”

“Unorganized. I did not get the proper information - I came on time and i went to the counter where I got my bib number. I told them I bought gears, they replied politely and showed where i can get it. Unforetunately no one asissted us. We dont know where. And i even ask the security officer, crew and some staff. But no luck. After the event, i was looking for the food. But one Indian guy came to it seems to be rude. He said no more it is only for the participants. I said I was, but he said no more food left. I hope next time it will not happen”

“Great race, poor organization - I love this race - but the have the same issues every year. My heat started over an hour late, with lots of unclear waiting time. The staff on the course are bored and don't bother telling you where to go/what to do next, unless you ask them. This is obnoxious, particularly on the Ice Warrior course, as there are lots of different directions you can go. The race overall is great, I really enjoy it. However, the price keeps going up and the perks keep going down (ie no shirt)”

“Good race, still there's room for improvement - Overall it was a good event. Would have been better if we were informed beforehand that we need to be in groups of five to enter. We were told there will be giveaways which we didn't receive. The value is not in the giveaways but rather the memory of the race. Marshals were standing at every obstacle but not always in locations where contestants might take the wrong route. ”

“Great event - A great, fun event. However they had run out of bottles of water by the time I finished and I saw people with giveaways that they didnt have enough to give everyone. The course itself is great and so are all the helpers inside, looking forward to next year”

“GOOD FUN - I was registered for the event, I won a competition and got entered again, the communications surrounding that was terrible and the timing chip was marked as DNS even though I received a text stating I finished. So I cannot download a certificate. For the spectators the organization was terrible and a run around.”

“A real test but a well organised event - A really tough course but a great challenge. Well organised and well marshaled with lots of support on the course. The music playing really helped get everyone pumped as well. Great prizes and good to see the charity represented by the some of the lovely children getting involved in the prize giving. “Great Course, Poor Organization - This was our 3rd time taking part in this race! We LOVED the course being flipped around. That was a nice chance and fun. “A fun and unique Dubai event - This is all about raising funds for a good cause, and it's a pleasure to be a part of that. But it also happens to be a fun and challenging course. Credit to the organisers for mixing up the course each year and for running things smoothly.”

“Much challenging course than the last one - In terms of collection of the race pack, that was awesomely organised as well as the entrance of 5 each couple of minutes allowed much space during the challenge course and went perfectly. The only thing that was promised but not delivered due to small amount, which is the "Goody Bag" that either ran out quickly or kept away. Even though i am on Elite fitness Category and finished at 9 am and when checking there was nothing left in this early time of the event. Thanks again for the event.”

“First time experience and a overall great one - The course was a lot harder than I thought it would be ...being the fact that this was the first time I signed up for it, I knew it would be hard but came out feeling it was harder than I had imagined. THe only thing I would like to change is that if guests of the athletes could be given better access to the field of play / course. I didnt wait till the end of the race to get the giveaways and honestly I am not too fussed about it - but honestly I have new found respect for endurance races ...”
