“Sería bueno o si hay la posibilidad de colocarle a cada camiseta el número de cada distancia, me explico, x ejemplo la del yas qué la de los 5k todos que hagan los 5km los que hagan la distancia de 3km y los de 2.5km colocarle ese número en la camiseta según la distancia que corra, así sería bueno, por lo menos este año ya cambiaron el color de la camiseta, porque siempre era blanca, lo otro es una recomendación para aquellos atletas que se esfuerzan para ocupar insentivarlos con algún premio”

“Thank you for a very nice event. Everything went so smooth and fun. I could mention 2 points as a minor feedback , 1) More signs could be placed outside the mall directing cars to the nearest parking lot. Actually there was only one sign. 2) Water provided in the CPs could be cold. Maybe the first batches were cold but those who were running behind the average group couldn't get cold water. Thanks a lot for the event and all the effort”

“1. 5km run there are two sharp turns at that exact location runners were throwing their water bottles which caused the area to be slippery. There were no signs available slippery when wet! The entire area was dangerous and could of easily changes the route instead of going straight when leaving the mall, it is better to go right. 2. Start time delay. 3. Great finishers medal and t-shirt, fantastic! 4. Running in the mall was expected to have obstacles but many could have easily been avoided.”

“Thank you for the event. I really enjoyed it. The only thing that bugged me that there was no sign KM achieved...like after 1km it should be highlighted that by stickers or posters that 1KM is done...This has caused me problems to keep track and I somehow delayed 5mins more. ”

“Positives: running inside and outside was more comfortable and interesting than only running inside , the T-shirt quality and colour, Negatives: The start could be staggered because we were squeezing, the Al Ain water bottles distributed outside were warm and the podium ceremony was confusing. I will do it again inshallah next year ”

“The QR code isn’t as reliable as what they wished it to be. I was not sent a QR code for my daughter and the other member of my family. I only used my email hence expected to received 4 QR CODES, but only my husband and I had it. On the day of the race, it started too late. I attended the 3 races in 2023 but this one is by fae the most late. The area is crowded and attendees are far more than last year. We didn’t dun by batches. The emcee and speaker on the venue isn’t so clear as well. ”

“You should only running marathon for community people who come with their kids or elder people who cannot run very fast What I see in this marathon, you mixing many people a professional with the kids runners in the same track and we have seen some accidents. Big people hit small kids in their way.”

“The collection of bibs was a very long process. Perhaps next time consider giving the bib number via and not through the QR. It was difficult to get the QR. ”

“No one is telling us where to go for the 2nd lap. So most of us are going directly to the finish line. And it turned out to be disqualified. Also, volunteers are just standing there with no instructions or giving way with their arms. 2nd of all, photographers dont give any chance to have a good photos to runners, they are just taking photos to all FIT people. ”
