“Lovely run. Please do not allow unsupervised children on future runs. I was on the 5km run and a child completely cut me off as I was picking up water from a station and I almost smashed into him. As well, he did not run in a straight line and appeared to try to block me from passing him. I would suggest children under the age of 12 not be permitted to run on the adult runs.”

“These races are running smoothly. One thought: some of my gym pals tried to sign up but saw a Sold Out message. I felt like we could fit a lot more people on the track. I wonder what the limit was? G shirts and medals? It might be less fun, but maybe when it hits Sold Out, a new ticket level could open up that costs less, but says in the name that it doesn’t come with a shirt or medal. Like a 5k-Sold Out Overdrive (No Shirt/Medal) Tier, but it only costs 10 dirhams to help cover bib and admin.”

“Water stations were at 2 KM & then before the Finish Line and This was a drawback. Race village was too small for accommodating public. The event could be more creative provided it is hoisted by a national authority. ”
