“A) The chosen route was terrible and the worst he has experienced so far. The road surface was very poor and dangerous for narrow tyre roadbikes. B) The speed breakers are forewarned but the ones on this course were sharp and frequent. It’s okay if such a course is chosen for a charity event but not for a competitive challenge. C) The marshals at the roundabout near the finish were a confused bunch with several riders taking the wrong direction. I saw one large group riding back in the o ”

“I enjoyed the race but it wasn't well organized. Event marshals were less and at some point riding I did not even see any marshals on sight. Few times there were cars & people passing in front of me which is a safety hazard. Can't hear much whoever was speaking on megaphone and speaker while giving announcements. There were also non-riders (laborers) inside the park taking free stuff and joining the prize draw. I really don't mind but since this is a paid event it should be exclusive to riders.”

“Well organized and very well marshaled. Yes, in a few places cars made it on the course but it was never really an issue. People with complaints about speed bumps, course directions, etc should have read the briefing notes…”

“You have the worst marshalls in all event/race that we have joined in. They are not aware of who are the racers for 40km and 10km! They are not helping the racers on the road. Road marshall/cars are also worst! they getting into the race track! We almost had a minor collision with that! Thank God we are safe from this unbelievable experience! ”

“It was not safe! the people who needed to keep the traffic away didn’t do a good job. Kids riding on the same course as the adults in the 40 k while there are cars and trucks coming from all directions. Just ridiculous! Whoever was in charge of safety needs to be fired, if you want to run another event next year. I would make sure the kids finished before setting off anyone else. Lastly, it would have been nice if there was a sign that said “finish” where we had to turn right. ”

“The parking was not where described on the email. The course had too many speed bumps for comfort. At one point an articulated lorry was heading towards us on the course. The course was well marshaled and the marshals were very encouraging.”

“It was shitty race dont plz let them donit again The road was not close , we are racing with cars and trucks around , the course was wrong in the first lap , the finish was not really correct half people didnt go to the sprint They give prizes for some people didnt pass by same place ”

“The event was extremely poorly organized. Not only did we start 10 minutes late. But Marshalls had no control over traffic conditions which caused me to cycle head onto live traffic because of the way the track was played out. Cars had zero respect for Marshall’s and the safety of the cyclists. Considering there were kids on the track it was extremely dangerous and put a lot of people’s lives at risk, Including my own when a car pulled across the road at the final sprint. ”

“Traffic control was horrible. Twice we did have car middle of route when we arrive to spot. Once it was in roundabout and second worse was car coming from side road right in front of us making everyone scatter around in hurry not to hit car. Also finishing line was poorly marked and communicated. ”

“Signage and volunteer guides mostly not aware of the km color code. I was one of the lost 20m rider cuz the volunter let me through the 40km route knowing I was wearing yellow code in my helmet which is 20km. Could have been better. However, congratulations to the successful event. Thank you.”

“Very unsafe and poorly marshaled. Surprised that there were no casualties as cars came on to the course many times and came at the peloton head-on. Marshalls were kind, but apparently no match for very determined workers trying to get to their work in an industrial area. ”

“Riders got a DNF because of poorly trained race marshals, towards the end of the event race marshals were letting traffic onto the course which was very dangerous. ”

“The organizers are not prepared very well. No cameras on corners that are needed for investigations. As per all the participants too many were misguided to their perspective directions by the marshalls. And it was too confusing for the directions it was not organized well as most of the other participants were DNF cause of the mis directions of the marshalls. At least better to put the clear sign board of 40km to the left and 20km straight as others are not good at memorizing the map. Poor. ”
